It helps if you say what phone you are using and what you were doing when it went wrong.
Open Clobe, go to Profile, and choose Delete account. Your clothes, your photographs and your avatar are removed. If you cannot get into the app, email us and we will do it for you.
Cancelling a subscription is separate, and is done in your phone's own settings — deleting the app does not cancel it.
