These are the terms for using Clobe. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask, and we will fix the wording rather than hide behind it.
Clobe helps you plan outfits from the clothes you already own. You add your wardrobe by photograph or video, and the app suggests combinations, shows them on an avatar built from photographs you provide, and helps you think before you buy.
Clobe is a paid subscription, billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see or handle your card.
The plan includes generous monthly allowances for the features that cost us money to run — scanning your wardrobe, drawing pictures of your clothes, building avatars and rendering try-ons. They are sized so that ordinary use never meets them. Automated, scripted or abusive use is not permitted, and we may pause an account that is clearly doing it.
You own everything you upload. We do not claim your pictures, and we do not use them to advertise anything.
You give us permission to do the one thing that makes the app work: store your images and process them — including sending them to Google's Gemini API — so we can identify your clothes, draw pictures of them, build your avatar and render outfits. That permission exists only to run the service for you, and it ends when you delete your account. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what goes where.
Only upload photographs you have the right to upload, and do not upload pictures of other people without their agreement.
Clobe uses AI to recognise clothes, generate pictures and suggest outfits. You should know what that means in practice:
If a picture comes out wrong you can have it redrawn, within the allowances of your plan.
We will do our best to keep Clobe running, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to take your data with you.
You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Clobe is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which these terms do not take away.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Clobe after that means you accept the new version.
